2D & 3D Design

YOU HAVE TO SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT.

Most people agree that seeing is believing. This is especially true in the professional landscaping field. Before investing hard earned dollars into a project, most individuals want the comfort of seeing where the money is going. This is where we come into play. We will provide customers with a unique, well thought out design solution for their forthcoming project. Understanding the job site is very important. Wind direction, sun angles, city codes, slopes, easements, utility lines, among many other factors are paid attention to when designing. We want each customer to feel that their individual project is very important, and that adequate time and energy has gone into the ideas for them, all while understanding the site that we are working with.

Even if you know precisely how you want things done and in the exact location, we are more than willing to draw it up, to scale, so that you can even visualize it better, and so that you have the comfort of knowing what you have said during the consultation, has translated into 100% understanding from both parties. We have provided many satisfied customers all over Tri-Cities with landscape designs that one can be proud of and enjoy for many, many years to come.

Following the consultation, we will begin a design process that usually involves coming up with a few simple, yet different concepts to guide the customers thinking.

We normally start the design process with an onsite consultation where ideas are shared with one another. We will never approach a customer feeling high and mighty, but will respect the ideas that each individual has towards their prospective project. Following the consultation, we will begin a design process that usually involves coming up with a few simple, yet different concepts to guide the customers thinking. We will show and explain each concept with hopes of achieving the direction to begin a final drawing. If a customer so desires, and if the project qualifies for it, we can even provide a 3D rendering of the proposed final project! When the final design is done, we will once again show and explain it, ensuring everything is understood. The bidding process will ensue.
